I like to call my story “personal trainer turned wellness coach”. After years of working with women in the gym, I noticed there was a huge component of wellness missing from their lives. It isn’t about following a perfect diet and exercise plan, it’s about navigating wellness in a life filled with ups, downs, bumps, and bruises, and still coming out on top! It’s about learning to listen to our bodies in an intuitive way.

I believe that every woman has the knowledge of what her body truly wants and needs deep within her own self, and I’m here to help YOU discover it so you can get on the path toward living a happy and fulfilling lifestyle without limitations.

I’ve combined my own story of becoming a woman of wellness with a masters degree education in wellness coaching to create a space where you can come to heal your relationship with food, love your body, and find joy in exercise and movement.
